Minor Upgrade from 2.1.6 to 2.1.8 - via 2.1.7?

I would like to upgrade from version 2.1.6 to 2.1.8 and have seen, that there are upgrade-packages available.

It looks to me, that I only need to unpack the package into the structure - is this true?

Because I'm running 2.1.6 I guess, that I need first make an upgrade to 2.1.7 and afterwards to 2.1.8?
The steps for minor-upgrades are not described in detail ...

While doing a minor upgrade, you only need to extract the upgrade-package into your Foswiki-folder.

??? The higher version includes the lower one. If you will upgrade from 2.1.6 to 2.1.8 - you need only download and extract 2.1.8.

Wenn Sie bereits eine frühere Version von Foswiki 2.1.X installiert haben, können Sie ein Upgrade-Paket über die Installation entpacken. 

Insert X=6 and you get the answer to your specific question.

I've made the process and all looks fine. The only problem is, to "clear page cache". Nothing found about that - missing a "system-topic" to do so?

• After upgrade, restart the web server, clear the foswiki page cache, clear your browser cache.
