Generate password for .htpasswd

I have the problem, to find a tool, with which I can generate the cryted password in the password-file.

I would like to reset a password directly - without Foswiki.

Tried some tools in the internet, but didn't get the right string.

Thats my configuration:

So how - with which tool - will the password generated?

Try the htpasswd commandline tool.
