contains dead link "official association". Since I don't know which topic should be linked, I am asking here for help.

Moreover, I think that mentioned topic, which "promotes" Foswiki usage, should contain more links (for example: " used in major companies")

I fixed the link and added a link to more general information about the association. Thanks for pointing this out. I also added links to CompaniesUsingFoswiki & ExampleSites as per your suggestion.

how can we export foswiki data to confluence

There is not an off-the-shelf solution for this. I did a quick search for what format confluence needs to import content and could not find anything. If you can find perhaps the xml format you need to import content, then you could construct a search in Foswiki to output all your content in the required format.
