This question about Using an extension: Answered
TWiki's BugzillaQueryPlugin and BugzillaLinkPlugin compatibility
I could not find any information on Foswiki about plugins that connect to a
Bugzilla server.
I know that there are at least two plugins availble for TWiki to do that:
As Foswiki is a fork of TWiki, I wonder whether there are particular reasons for not migrating these plugins to Foswiki. I can think of several reasons, one being compatibility issues and another the lack of maintenance. These plugins may not even work any more.
Are theses plugins compatible with the recent Foswiki release?
Thanks.

This plugin hasn't been fully ported to Foswiki.
SaschaVetter once
started an initiative. But it seems as if this work was never finished.
Please see
StatusOfPortingExtensionsToFoswiki as well as
GuidelinesForTWikiExtensionTransformation.
It would be great if you could help out, or hire a
WikiConsultant to do so.

Thanks for your response, Michael. Currently I'm migrating our existing TWiki installation to the latest Foswiki release. If I ever use these plugins and get them to work, I'll let you know.

Any status on migrating
BugzillaQueryPlugin from Twiki to Foswiki?

Nothing from me, at least.

The
BugzillaLinkPlugin has been ported. For the BugzillaQueryPlugin, the source has been imported into github, but it has not been ported.
https://github.com/foswiki/BugzillaQueryPlugin The TWiki version might work, if you have the
TWikiCompatibilityPlugin enabled.
As
MichaelDaum mentioned, it just needs someone to spend some time to make the conversion or hire one of the consultants to do the work. The source is up on Github, and if someone wants to do the work we'd be glad to help.
