Fusion of Tablecontent

How can I automatically create a column that looks like the third one in my exampletable above.

The content of the third column should be the content of the first two columns seperated by a comma. The header gets an individual name.

I believe SpreadSheetPlugin's LIST function should do exactly what you're asking: %CALC{"$LIST($LEFT())"}%
