Require strong passwords - include digits, upper/lower case, special chars

Enforcing strong passwords for registered users

Right now we can set a minimum length for a user password.

Is it also possible to require passwords to include multiple character types?

For example to require all of:- upper and lower case letters, digits, special characters.
