Account locked

Hi,

We are unable to access our community band website:

https://wiki.ashfieldlittlebigband.com/cgi-bin/view/ALBB/WebHome

I tried a while back to change the admin account as it was in the name of "GeorgMandel" and this person is no longer providing support for our band.

Would it be possible for someone to change the admin account so that it is linked to the email address "[email protected]" and provide us with a temporary password.

Then we should be able to reactive.

Any help would be much appreciated.

In Foswiki, anyone who is in the Main.AdminGroup (link is to your site) has full administrative rights on your site. In addition to Georg Mandel, I see that Callum Gibson is a member. If that person is still involved, they can do anything you need to do on the site. That would include adding other people to AdminGroup or changing the registered email address for a user.

If Callum Gibson is also not available then your only options are make changes on the file level which requires direct access to the server. In that case, the easiest option would be to directly edit Main.AdminGroup file and add another user to the list.
