There seems to be a Problem with "umlauts" and other Characters when using the "Save&Continue" Button (and the preview, for that matter). It happens when the user is doing the following steps:

Edit a Topic with umlauts
Press "Save&Continue" (in the editor, everything still looks fine)
Press "Cancel"

Now, all Umlauts and such are replaced by special-Characters as: ä, ü or ‚ If you edit this topic again, those Characters are in the Editor as well. If you do a "Save" instead of a "Cancel" in step 3 above, the Umlauts are saved correct.
