Feature Proposal: Add $registration token to USERINFO

Motivation

This is info stored in the WikiUsers topic, alas there is no way to access it in a clean way.

Description and Documentation

This is about adding a new token to %USERINFO in addition to $emails and friends to access the date when a user registered to a Foswiki. This info might be of use for wiki masters to review the process of a growing community. Patch against Foswiki-1.1.9 attached:

Too far beyond the 14 days I guess, but $registration tells me nothing about what the field is returning. $registrationdate or $registeredon would seem to be much more explanatory than the generic $registration. Another option would be to hold it consistent with tokens from FormattedSearch and use $createdate. I'm not sure which I'd prefer.

This seems pretty low-hanging fruit. Patch already attached. Michael, Is the patch out in the wild, and is it reasonable stable / well performing?
