Who am I?

I've been [one or more of] (Software Engineer|Team Lead|Manager) for about 20 years. I've been mostly focusing on Java for the last decade, but have done quite a bit in Perl. It's no longer my strongest language, but I get by

I'm on the Board of http://www.agilenewengland.org and http://www.blu.org For that reason, and a few others, my free time is limited, so I don't want to promise to do a bunch of work I won't soon get to. But I do know some documentation I would like to update, and capabilities I would like to add to plugins.

What do I want?

What can I do?

The plugins I use the most seem to be the ones that everyone is scared of, like SpreadsheetPlugin and EditRow plugin, and I hope to improve them. I want to start with updating documentation with things I've found in using them, and then start adding capabilities to (at least) SpreadsheetPlugin.

As someone who is very into Agile, I hope to improve the unit tests, too.

Why do I want to do it?

I'm very into knowledge management, and initially I would like to update documentation with some of the gotchas I've found, and work my way up from there. I want to make it easier for newbies by sharing the stuff that the existing developers may not have thought to share, because it was obvious to them.

I use Foswiki for three different projects (team collaboration/intranet).
