Feature Proposal: Query parts of topic addresses stored in meta values

Motivation

Tasks.Item10874 caused the form.name value to contain a fully-qualified web.topic name in situations where just the topic part was expected.

This broke SEARCHes like form.name='MyForm'.

Is there a way that the QuerySearch language can more intelligently interrogate values which happen to be topic addresses?

SvenDowideit casually suggested on IRC, form.name.topic='MyForm'. I have no idea if this is viable syntax... previously I had thought about a function/operator that would extract the necessary address part from the string, Eg. addresspart('topic', form.name)='MyForm'
