Feature Proposal: add more sensible synonyms for templatetopic and formtemplate

Motivation

I, Alexis and I presume countless others have been confused by the save and edit script parameters templatetopic and formtemplate.

not only that the order of these 2 parameters is different, but also that they don't actually make sense.

Description and Documentation

perhaps topictemplate and formtemplate are sufficient - but it'd be nice to haev something even better.

There's no easy deprecation process after all of these years of wiki apps that people created. So we will end up with even more special purpose url parameters to these scripts for a very long time. Besides the new names dont necessarily make any more sense
