So, this is the page editor. I'm curious to see what this does on the iPad.
Now the big question: how to dyou save? I don't see a prominent Save button here. Oh... it's below the form. Okay.
Well, interesting. So far, so good. At least the Javascript-based editor starts when you tap into the window. With the iPad's keyboard on the screen, though, the text editor box is too big.
Making something bold seems to work,
as does italics.
I don't really like how numbered lists appear below paragraphs. The spacimg is too close, I think.
So this is a generic table | Another column |
Typing with an iPad is really not all that easy, and there is no way to decide where you want to end the line. I don't care for that.
| Here is another column. As you enter text, though initially the column shrank, now it grows. |
So, what do I think so far about this editor? I'm still not sure I like how it works.
Heading 1
That was heading 1. Again, I'm not sure I like it.
Heading 2
Okay, one thing I am definitely aware of now is that the formatting bar that is up at the top of the window ought to be the inputAccessoryView above the keyboard. Of course, there's no way to do this, as far as I know.
