I introduced TWiki at work in 2005. Until now we have about 2000 users, 20000 topics, 80000 topic views per month.
Some of my colleagues are also working on our Foswiki installation and developing enhancements, doing bug fixing and so on:
improving DrawPlugin (import/export to other vector graphics tools, copy paste to other drawings, more shapes, SVG storage, UML support, ...)
performance: render and deliver pages faster
usability
integration with other tools, e.g. Bugzilla, requirements management, configuration management, ... The goal is having one performant environment for (software) development, that fullfills all needs.
simplified skins and terminology (topic, web -> page, directory), Main web -> Users directory, TWiki web -> System, separate User pages from documentation and other content, i.e. do not allow to create a page in Users directory (only Registration agent shall be allowed to do this!)
