Beer Benefits

A study of history of beer reveals that people have been aware of the many beer benefits and have been using it as a remedy for many diseases and abnormalities in body. Diuretic tea, coupled with alcohol has been advised in Kidney Lithiasis (stones in the kidney). Alcohol has also been recommended in the past for the treatment of skin disorders. In the 16th century, a German medical practitioner Johann Kashmir Sangfus suggested that females should regularly massage the face, neck, chest and hands with alcohol to make them as soft as a baby belly. Also, alcohol was recommended for hair, because it strengthened hair and the resultant hairstyle looked better.

Beer is a complicated drink. Firstly, it contains higher nutrient components ranging from 1 to 2 mg per liter, which is similar to the nutrient rich food. Secondly, the beer contains supplements like B-1 (thiamine), B-2 (riboflavin) and PP (niacin). That is why; the German scientists removed the beer from alcohol category and included it in food category. In addition to these supplements, alcohol contains a high amount of organic chemicals, which control the acid-base balance in your body.

Alcohol also encourages the upsurge of supplement C in the liver and spleen. It helps in building up of whole your body, however, moderate consumption of beer is always recommended. Hence, it can be said that beer if taken moderately, say 100 ml per day, reduces the danger of edema development and deposits of albumin in the body of pregnant women.

Alcohol encourages digestive functions, improves hunger, normalizes heartbeat and blood pressure, and stops fits. But those being affected by blood pressure, should be limited to non-alcoholic beer. There is a foolproof solution for those who consume too much alcohol and experience hangover the next day. Add saline water to a glass of beer. Stir it so that the gas is released. Take it and you will notice that the hangover has vanished. So drinking beer with care does not make you fat, but only brings you beer benefits.
