How do I configure Apache to always redirect users to my secure (https) site?

Place this rewrite rule as early as possible in your config: 

RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule .* https://my.website.com%{REQUEST_URI} [NE,R,L]

Replace my.website.com with the hostname for your wiki.
