Navigation tabs similar to MediaWiki

Is there a plugin that would allow a navigation bar or set of tabs to be created for a set of "notebook" topics. There was one I used with TWiki that I believe was called NavBarPlugin. Similar to how Wikipedia has tabs for Main Article and Discussion for each topic. I might need 3-5 tabs for each topic. Thanks.

Have a look at the JQueryTabpane plugin that goes with JQueryPlugin. It wouldn't be too hard to create a view template with those tabs.
