Can I upload multiple attachments

We use our wiki to store minutes of office meetings along with the agenda and other documents tabled at the meeting. The administrators who upload the meeting documents on a regular basis complain that it is time consuming to upload each document separately.

Is there a way to upload a group of documents to a topic in one go? Using AutoAttachPubFiles would not be appropriate as the people doing the uploading should not have access to the server. The group of attachments are generally in the same folder on our network, so ideally, having browsed to the correct folder, we would like to be able to select multiple files to attach.

I'm guessing this is not possible. If not, is it a potential future feature or would this be impossible?
