Has CKEditorPlugin been completed- I can't find the installer

I have been trying to install the CKEditorPlugin and seem to be missing some important bits.

• The attachments on the http://foswiki.org/Extensions/CKEditorPlugin page only include the MD5 sum, not the install package, so the package can not be installed from the configure page
• I downloaded the plugin files directly by SVN from http://svn.foswiki.org/trunk/CKEditorPlugin/lib/Foswiki/Plugins/CKEditorPlugin/ but there is no installer
• I have updated the plugin page with a note that these files are missing
• After copying the trunk files across to the Foswiki installation, I'm not sure what to do next, I have disabled TinyMCEPlugin and enabled CKEditorPlugin instead, but I suspect the installer file which I cannot find needs to be run to configure something.

Can anyone help me to get the installation completed? Or is the Plugin not ready for use yet? Is there a better editor- users here are not happy with TinyMCE but will try CKEditor, and I would like to remove barriers to entry but keep the existing TWiki / Foswiki installation and data
