How to get constant cell (day) width?

I use a calendar displaying multiple months for scheduling. In one month the cells for Monday and Tuesday (for example) will be wider than the cells

for the other days of the week. In another month the cells for Thursday and Friday will be wider than the rest of the week, another month will have

Sunday and Wednesday wider, etc etc making it very difficult to scroll down and see what's listed on a particular day of the week for multiple months.

How do I force cells to 1. Stay constant in width through all weeks, and 2. All be the same width?
