Can't find SolrPlugin-bin

I cannot install the SolrPlugin. The documentation talks about installing the SolrPlugin-bin and it says that you need to download this from the documentation, but I don't see it. The link seems to be a circular one.

I found the same issue ie circular link; NO actual files. I did manage to find them later somewhere, but unfortunately can't remember where, so I've attached them here. HTH
