Detailed Migration from TWiki 4.1

I've heard that our old TWiki admin is no longer with our company. I've searched your site for explicit instructions for upgrading/migrating a heavily used TWiki 4.1 installation to FOSWiki and all I've been able to find is a WikiName pointing to a non-existent page. Do these instructions exist somewhere else?
