Installing MimeIconPlugin::Download failure

Hi,

It seems that the extension tgz and zip files are missing. I've tried to download tgz file directly from "http://foswiki.org/pub/Extensions/MimeIconPlugin/MimeIconPlugin.tgz" without success. The command line install failed as well. I'm sure that I have good Internet connection. The file(s) just missing.
Here is my install log:

uselocal disabled, download required
Download failure fetching .tgz file - I can't download http://foswiki.org/pub/Extensions/MimeIconPlugin/MimeIconPlugin.tgz because of the following error:
Not Found

 Trying .zip file

Try again. We had problems uploading new releases to foswiki.org yesterday. The zips are there now.
