Find topics without access control

I need a query search which shows all topics with no access control settings in the topic settings.

I have to combine this query 
%SEARCH{"preferences[name!='ALLOWTOPICVIEW' AND name!='ALLOWTOPICCHANGE' AND name!='ALLOWTOPICRENAME']"  web="%WEB%" type="query"}%

with a query, which finds all topics without any preference settings, because this query only finds Topics with preference settings, but without access control preferences. How can i find thos topics without any settings?
