Creating Table of content (not for complete topic)

Hello everbody,

I'm looking for a possibility to create a dynamic TOC of a topic, but only for a part or section of it. Unfortunately the TOC Plugin doesn't support this kind of requirement and I don't find any Plugin that supports this. What other possibilities do I have? I'll be grateful for each resuming information
