This question about Issue in browser: Answered
Not able to upload pictures to profile
Hi!
I see the same problem as in
Support.Question74, but there seems not to be any replies to that question. The plugin version is 1.5.1. I also see this warning when trying to upload a picture:
Warning: Can't find named section imageStyle in topic Main.PersonalInfoLayoutModule
We use NatSkin at our site. I also see that uploading pictures works OK at foswiki.org, which uses the foswikisite (pattern) skin.
Is it the NatSkin that cause this problem, or is it a bug in the plugin?
Since I have experienced other problems related to plugins and NatSkin, I would appreciate any recommendations regarding; if we should leave NatSkin, and instead use the same skin setup as foswiki.org (foswikisite,pattern)

I have done some testing and research but haven't found a reason for the Warning I see. I can't find any reference to the imageStyle section at all.
But I have been able to upload a picture. I suspected that the NatSkin was the reason for not been able to upload pictures (missing buttons). So by changing the skin at the picture upload view - template=PersonalInfoPictureUploadView - the "Upload" and "Cancel" buttons re-appeared. Here's how (the bold text is what I appended):
http://server/foswiki/bin/view/Main/AtleBriskemyr?
skin=pattern&template=PersonalInfoPictureUploadView
From this I assume that NatSkin is the problem, and I therefore leave the question open, hoping that someone can give some recommendations as asked above.

It may well be that
PersonalInfoAddOn does not work well with NatSkin.

I think that Atle has made this point, but just to confirm; using pattern skin (default) the same message appears, but it is at the top above the section to select a picture, and therefore has no functional consequence. It just makes it look like there is a problem!
- This is separate from the bug that the addon does not work well with NatSkin. The INCLUDE warning has been resolved with Tasks.Item8149. -- ArthurClemens - 30 Apr 2009
