Create a "OnlyViewGroup" with only view rights
Hello. I want to create a Group which could only view the wiki. That means this group couldn't edit a page or create a new site.
Here you find out information about this. But I don't understand how i could implement.
Do you know how I could implement this?

Hi Jenny, did you read

Thank you. I have looked on another page. Now the testuser is in the Group "OnlyViewGroup" and the testuser couldn't edit pages. Thanks.

hmmm.. It doesn't works
The only pages which the testuser can't edit are the Adminpages. The Mainpage and the other pages could be edit from the testuser. I don't know why it dosn't works.
This is my
WebPreferences :
Access control
Users or groups who are allowed to view, change and rename topics in the System web
Set ALLOWWEBCHANGE =
AdminGroup
Set ALLOWWEBRENAME =
AdminGroup
Users or groups who aren't allowed to view, change and rename topics in the System web
Set DENYWEBCHANGE =
OnlyViewGroup
Set DENYWEBRENAME =
OnlyViewGroup
Users or groups allowed to change or rename this
WebPreferences topic
Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE =
AdminGroup
Set DENYTOPICCHANGE =
OnlyViewGroup
Set ALLOWTOPICRENAME =
AdminGroup
Set DENYTOPICRENAME =
OnlyViewGroup
What are the differents between topic and web? I think topic is the page and web the komplete wiki.

It looks like there's an error in the syntax for setting permissions. Each permission should be an individual bulleted item. Can you confirm exactly how you formatted the permissions? Also, the DENYTOPICCHANGE in
WebPreferences should not be necessary, given the previous settings.
