User Registration/Add Group Not Populating

I have a foswiki site with user registration. It uses the standard registration form wherein users click a "register" button after filling the form. It redirects to: http://localhost/foswiki/bin/register/Main/WebHome and sits (no page loads and no error is shown). I have a similar issue with adding groups (redirects to http://localhost/foswiki/bin/manage/Main/WikiGroups, but the group adds and I can redirect to the homepage to see the entry. The registration on this page (foswiki.org) redirects to the same file path (../bin/register/Main/WebHome), but obviously it works correctly.
