Changing time zone for wiki

Is it possible to change the time zone for my installation of foswiki so that all automatic time stamps reflect the timezone we are in?

You can change the display of time values using Internationalisation > Locale > {DisplayTimeValues}, but internally foswiki always uses GMT for recording date/time.
