nop required for select values in a EDITTABLE format string

I'm going through the upgrade process of Foswiki 1.1.9 to 2.0.0 and came across this rendering issue. I don't know if this is fixing a bug in 1.1.9 or if it has been introduced in 2.0.0

If the format= entry of EDITTABLE contains a topic name then part of the format line gets rendered in the first cell of the table. If the topic name is escaped (with then the table is rendered correctly. In 1.1.9 there was no requirement to escape topic names in the format entry.
