WEBBGCOLOR Not Working
Hi, I've tried to change my WEBBGCOLOR in both the SYSTEM and WEB preferences topics (to #FFFF66), but the pages persist in having a white background. Help?! -- AndrewSchwartz - 19 Jan 2016 WEBBGCOLOR doesn't set the page background. It only changes the color at the top of the Left Bar, and in the icons in the SiteMap.
