Help with NatSkin

I am working on creating an installation guide for AWS RedHat 7.2 with Foswiki 2.1.2. https://foswiki.org/Support/FoswikiOnAWS

When I try to enable Natskin the last span in the "More" button is not working:

NatSkin is not installed on Foswiki.org, so you won't be able to enable it.

GeorgeClark - I am enabling natskin on the foswiki install that I have in AWS.

I think I found the issue: I had to install the classification plugin. I am going to delete my vm on AWS and go through the install again to verify.
