How to remove a user account?

What is the correct way to delete a user account?

The following topic shows that it's possible but what's the markup that needs to be added to remove the user?

Actually this is now built in to Foswiki 2.0. No need to install any extensions.

See ManagingUsers. There is a form there for admins that will remove a users account.
