AdminGroup is getting denied when allow is set to this group

I have added my user to the AdminGroup, but the /bin/configure denies my user, also if a group is set to only be viewed by the AdminGroup my user gets blocked. For example the Trash web says
  • Set ALLOWWEBVIEW
  • Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE
  • Set ALLOWTOPICRENAME

But my user isn't even able to see the web in the left bar
