“No such theme PatternSkinTheme” error message

I have installed foswiki and made basic configuration changes (enabled/disabled plugins, change of path in bin/configure etc.). Since that time I can see red error message on every window "No such theme PatternSkinTheme " and the banner with Foswiki's logo, "Jump" and "Search" textboxes is located in the end of the pages.

Broken Foswiki

I tried to revert the configuration back, however the situation still persists. Does somebody know where might be the issue?

Is this a fresh install of Foswiki 2.1.3? Did you import any skin configurations or content from a previous installation? Please have a look at <foswiki-dir>/templates/: is there any occurrence of a %JQTHEME macro call in any of the files in this directory?
