Broken changed by link in notification Mail (after German Umlaut)

Actually we are using Foswiki 2.1.4, based on the test VM with activated mailnotify function.

We are facing the following problem:

Mailnotify sends propper E-Mails on executed changes except for the included changed by Link.

The changer is named AndreasMühlenweg with a german Umlaut “ü”. The Link breaks at this point.

Astonishing is that in the case of two changes in different webs one notification mail contains the broken link. In the second mail the changed by Link is written correctly.

Additionally if you trigger the mailnotify function by web browser the link is written correctly.

I don't have a solution for you, but this is certainly broken. Needs a Task created.
