MediaElementPlugin Issue

-- WesleyJacobs - 15 Dec 2017 Video Controls Disappear and "Error Loading This Resource" On initial entry onto the page, you will see the video controls and they disappear and "Error Loading this resource" is displayed at the top of the player. If I refresh, and click on the "Play" button as soon as I see it, I can get the video to display (sample.mp4), but If I hesitate and don't click on it fast enough - error and no more controls available.

Anyone have a suggestion on this issue?

Turned out ffmpeg was not installed which imagemagick uses as a delegate to generate thumbnail previews for the video.
