TOC is not created for PDF when using GenPDFAddOn
-- PatriciaMcElhenny - 07 Jun 2018 The GenPDFAddOn appers to be installed OK, and honors several of the preferences set for GenPDFAddOn. The html files are being created. However, no TOC is created in the resulting PDF. PDF is version 1.4. wiki is runnning on a linux system, centos 7.4 using htmldoc-1.8.28-4.el7.x86_64 I've set the debug, but I'm not sure where to look for the debug output. Any help will be appreciatedQuestionForm edit
