why don't I have a left sidebar?

I've installed Foswiki using the docker-compose. Its up and I can login,

but it looks different from the foswiki site. I do not have the left side bar.

How can I add that?

Doesn't it look like https://blog.foswiki.org/ ?

Yes, it does. I found out it uses the nat skin, and I had to download and set up the pattern skin.
