Creating a rotating Quote of the Day on landing page

I'm working on my team's Wiki and trying to make it dynamic. One suggestion was to put a quote of the day on the landing page. Any suggestions how to do that?

There is a very similar little application to what you're wanting included in the System web for every installation that displays a new tip each day on the System.WebHome page. If you study how that is set up, you could easily adapt it to be a "quote of the day" set up. Of course, I would highly recommend implementing it in some web other than the System web (which is the default documentation web).
