search on field from the first version

I am in the need to search for the topics that were iniciated by a particular author and print out the original author. I know

versions[-1,info.author='RoaldDahl']

will not do the trick, As for the original author of the topic I know it should be rendered using $createwikiname in ghe Formated search format="..." parameter.

In a more general sense, I want to search for the value of a form field in a particualar version of a topic, and then if there is a way to render that particular's version field value.
