Creating a list of topics in a menu-tree

I will have a web with different topics and sub-topics.

I would like to have at least a menu-list with

• MenuE1
  • SubMenu1
  • SubMenu2
  • SubMenu4
• MenuE2
• MenuE3
  • SubMenu1
  • SubMenu2
  • SubMenu4

The SubMenu should be INCLUDED from a Sub-Topic, that the main-topic looks like the listing above

Tried this

   * [[WerkzeugE][Werkzeug]]E
   * %INCLUDE{"WerkzeugE"}%

where WerzeugE is a sub-topic to the master-, menue-topic

And if I could get the menu-tree also in the left bar would be christmas and easter on 1 day!
