Heavy logging from SecurityHeadersPlugin even when 'report-uri' setting is disabled.

I've noticed for awhile that this plugin makes extensive entries into logs even when the plugins' report-uri is disabled. Is this normal behavior? I want to continue using the plugin but overhead of these constants posts is concerning.
