Installation / Dependency is broken
In the installation task of the plugin the script can not find the DBCacheContrib-Package. This is because it looks after lib/TWiki/Plugins/DBCacheContrib but the DBCacheContrib installs it self to the lib/Foswiki/Plugins directory.See bug ticket 1026 for details. Bug seems to be fixed.
