Filter.Plugin supports no declaration of the web

It seems that the FilterPlugin does not support the declaration of a web in the topic="..." Parameter. I tryed the following statements in a Sandbox-Web:

• %EXTRACT{topic="Telefonliste" ...}%
  → works fine

• %EXTRACT{topic="Sandbox.Telefonliste" ...}%
  → doesn't find any entries

Is it possible to access a topic from an other web?

Works fine here. Which FilterPlugin version are you using?

We are using 5544 (2009-11-17). As a result of your hint I could solve the problem: It wasn't a problem of the web than little differences in the documents: The included document from an other web contains %STARTINCLUDE% / %STOPINCLUDE% - makros. I have to remove this macros or use the FilterPlugin-Parameter expand="off" to make it work.
