Topic 'ExcelExport1' does not exist

Got "Topic 'ExcelExport1' does not exist" when try the examples that come with ExcelImportExportPlugin - ExcelExport1 under Sandbox

I checked log under data/, it try to access ExcelExport1 instead of ExcelExport1.

Also, how can turn on the debug(data/debug.txt)?
