beforeSaveHandler - forcenewrevision

Hi,

i try to upload different data and i modify my topic text via "beforeSaveHandler". I hoped that a new revision would have been automatically created, but i´t have not been.

Is it possible to manipulate the options hash within the beforeSaveHandler? I would like to force a new revision in some special cases.
