Support of UTF-8 characters

History plugin does not support UTF-8 characters. If there are no changes, and you have entered text in any other language except english, the text is rendered as garbage when viewed through history plugin. However, if there is a change, then the paragraph where the change is located, is rendered correctly (and all other text is garbage)!

Furthermore, if you view it sequentially, everything is fine and the text is readable.

Any help would be appreciated, since this plugin is default for NatSkin.
