"Permission denied" when upload attachment

I rearranged a web into a subweb, and now I can no longer add attachments. When I try to, it gives me an error: 
RCS: failed to create /var/lib/foswiki/pub/MarketingTeam/MarketingCampaigns/AcquisitionEmails/: Permission denied

It seems to be only happening on this one web. I am an admin, so I technically should have permissions for anything, but I also thought there were no permissions at the attachment level.

Please verify the permissions on the directories along the path to /var/lib/foswiki/pub/MarketingTeam/MarketingCampaigns/AcquisitionEmails/ It could be that Foswiki is being denied write access? Generally directory permissions on Linux should be 755 ( rwxr-xr-x )
