LdapContrib with 2 servers
Hello every body! I was wondering if it is possible to use LdapContrib with 2 separate servers.I read the documentation here http://foswiki.org/Extensions/LdapContrib and I found : What's the host name (or IP address) of the LDAP server (e.g. ldap.my.domain.com)? But in my case, I have to connect the wiki to 2 different LDAP servers with 2 domains.
Different groups and users are contained on each server. Can you tell me if it's possible or not? And if "yes", can you explain me quickly how I can do it? Thank you very much!
For now, LdapContrib does not support connecting to multiple LDAP servers on its own. However this can still be done by setting up an LDAP proxy server that LdapContrib connects to and which in turn connects to other LDAP servers behind. -- MichaelDaum - 15 Oct 2010
